Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping at bhingarwalaphilately.com. Please review our policy guidelines regarding order cancellations, eligible returns, and processing refunds for your philatelic and notaphilic collectibles.

1. Order Cancellation: You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped. To cancel, contact us immediately at bhingarwalaphilately@gmail.com with your Order ID. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Returns: Given the collectible and often one-of-a-kind nature of philatelic and notaphilic items, we accept returns only if the item received is significantly different from its description (e.g., wrong item, undisclosed damage, or misrepresented condition/authenticity) or if the item arrived damaged in transit. Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery, with the item unused and in its original packaging and condition. Please share clear photos or videos of the item and packaging when raising a return request to help us process it faster.
3. Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns for items sold “as-is” or clearly marked non-returnable on the product page. Returns are also not accepted for items where the described condition or grading has been accurately represented but the buyer changes their mind, nor for custom-sourced or special-order items, unless they are defective.
4. Refund Process: Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our internal fulfillment error.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will immediately arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct item-for-item exchanges. If you would like a different item, please initiate a formal return process where eligible and place a completely separate new order on our website.
