- General: These terms govern your use of bhingarwalaphilately.com and all purchases made through it. By browsing or transacting on this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or are using the site under the supervision of a parent/guardian, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
- Products: We deal in postage stamps, first day covers, banknotes, coins, and related philatelic and notaphilic collectibles. Products listed are subject to availability. Given the collectible nature of our inventory, many items are one-of-a-kind or limited in quantity; we reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a refund if an item is no longer available after purchase.
- Product Description & Condition: We make every effort to accurately describe the condition, grade, and authenticity of each item (e.g., mint/used, MNH/MH, grading where applicable). Images are for reference; due to variations in screen display, actual colour and texture of the physical item may differ slightly. If you have questions about an item’s condition before buying, please contact us.
- Pricing & Payment: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST as indicated at checkout. We accept payments via all Major Indian UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Netbanking and mobile wallets. All International payments via Paypal. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice; the price applicable is the one displayed at the time of order confirmation.
- Order Acceptance: Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion — for example, in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability of stock.
- Intellectual Property: All content on this website — including images, descriptions, logos, and design — is the property of Bhingarwala Philately and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.
- Limitation of Liability: While we take care in describing and packaging items, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or products purchased, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Indian law.
