Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting bhingarwalaphilately.com. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy for handling, dispatching, and delivering your philatelic and notaphilic collectibles.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of order confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Custom or made-to-order items may take longer, which will be explicitly noted on the product page.
- Shipping Partners & Timelines: We ship reliable orders via India Post and trusted domestic courier networks. Estimated delivery timelines within Maharashtra average 2–4 business days, the rest of India takes 4–7 business days, and international shipments range between 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping rates and delivery charges are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the total order value, package weight, and delivery destination.
- Packaging: Given the delicate and collectible nature of stamps, covers, and banknotes, all items are packaged carefully with professional philatelic-safe materials (including glassine envelopes and rigid cardboard mailers) to prevent any bending or moisture damage in transit.
- International Shipping & Customs: International buyers are fully responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local clearance fees levied by their respective destination country. Delivery timelines may vary due to customs inspection processing, which remains outside our operational control.
- Tracking: A unique consignment tracking number will be shared with you automatically via email or SMS once your package ships, allowing you to monitor its progress in real-time.
- Delays: While we aim to meet the expected timelines above, unexpected delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier logistics issues, extreme weather conditions, or customs clearance. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed of any major updates.
